Guilford County Schools will open 30 ACES Programs in August. This list of sites is on the GCS ACES District Website. Once you are registered, select Account Management below.

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will be available on Monday, March 16th at 8:00am

Current Tuition Due Date

Tuition for the week of March 16-20, 2026 will be due Wednesday, March 11, 2026, 11:59 p.m.

A $15 late fee will be assessed on Thursday, March 12th for any balance not paid in full.

Upcoming Tuition Due Dates

Tuition for the week of March 23-27, 2026, will be due Wednesday, March 18, 2026

Enrolling for the 2025-26 school year!

Tuition Information:

Annual Enrollment Fee: $15 per child.

ACES Tuition: $75 per week per child.

*Tuition is due the Wednesday prior to receiving services. Please visit our ACES district website for the payment schedule listed above or see your child’s site coordinator.

Please remember to enter a saved payment method when creating a contract.

Access Your Account

Check your ACES statements, pay bills or update your account information online.

Flex child care/dependent reimbursements are verified by the site coordinator at your child's ACES program. Please write the site coordinator's name and number on your receipt for verification of the reimbursement.
